The incredibly talented Ann Klein recently held a rehearsal at the Gibson Showroom in New York. Ann has toured Europe consistently for 10 years. played house concerts in the tri-state area and Texas, received lots of nice press from publications such as Billboard and HARP, written music for three French documentaries and more. As an instrumentalist, her credits include: Kate Pierson of the B-52s, Joan Osborne, Ani DiFranco, Darden Smith, PM Dawn, Will Lee, Natalie Imbruglia and the American Composers Orchestra. She has lent her expert guitar skills to the Broadway versions of “Grease” and “9 to 5”... and has produced recordings for several artists with her partner, Tim Hatfield. In the fall of 2005, Ann was a guest teacher at the Danish Rythmic Music Conservancy with 15 other teachers from New York and Los Angeles and now serves on the faculty at the 92nd Street Y School of Music as a songwriting workshop leader and guitar teacher.
